This salad is a salad full of colour, full of flavour and of course low fat! A perfect choice for you and for your guests!
Colourful salad with feta cheese
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 iceberg salad, cut into strips
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 3 tbsp green olives, pitted
- ½ cucumber, peeled and diced
- 200 g of feta, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Wash the lettuce, dry and cut into broad strips. Put in a large salad bowl.
Wash the peppers, core and dice them. Wash the tomatoes and dice them. Peel and dice the cucumber. Put everything in the salad bowl.
Add olives. Crumble the feta with your hands, add the herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix well.
