If you like salads like I do than this delicious and healthy rice salad is the right choice!

Perfect for any occasion and to serve on buffets!

Rice salad - a delicious and healthy choice!

Rice salad

Ingredients for 4 – 6 servings

  • 300 g rice (nature or parboiled)
  • 2 red peppers diced
  • 150 g peas (TK or tin)
  • 1 mozzarella, diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • Salt, garlic powder, pepper
  • a little lemon juice
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Prepare rice according to instructions.

While the rice is cooking, dice the raw ingredients and place in a bowl.

Then add the cooked rice rinsed with cold water.

Peas.

Mix well.

Add salt, pepper, some garlic powder, add a dash of lemon juice and then olive oil (about 2 tablespoons).

Stir well again.
