If you like salads like I do than this delicious and healthy rice salad is the right choice!
Perfect for any occasion and to serve on buffets!
Ingredients for 4 – 6 servings
- 300 g rice (nature or parboiled)
- 2 red peppers diced
- 150 g peas (TK or tin)
- 1 mozzarella, diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 diced tomatoes
- Salt, garlic powder, pepper
- a little lemon juice
- olive oil
Prepare rice according to instructions.
While the rice is cooking, dice the raw ingredients and place in a bowl.
Then add the cooked rice rinsed with cold water.
Add salt, pepper, some garlic powder, add a dash of lemon juice and then olive oil (about 2 tablespoons).
Stir well again.
